Personal and Business AD forms (and payment) are due by October 15, 2021.

2021 Student Directions

Posters

  • Pick up posters, “idea” list of local businesses AND ad forms.
  • Consider other businesses not on the “idea” list.  Think of businesses that you frequent often.  On the back of this page, brainstorm 5 places that you visit and would realistically ask to post.
  • When you go to the business:
    • Bring tape and push pins along with the posters and ad forms (fill out the bottom line first!)
    • ASK the business manager/owner to support the community by purchasing a program ad.
    • ASK if you can hang a poster in a visible window/location.
  • All student participants will receive a musical poster to keep at the company party.  Don’t leave publicity posters in your car or on the counter.  These posters are expensive and hidden posters also cost us in ticket sales and ad revenue.  Please get them out into the community!

Business Ads 

  • Write your name at the bottom of the ad form.
  • GO IN PERSON.  Being physically present is a much stronger reason for a prospective advertiser to purchase an ad versus an email or phone call.  
  • Explain options for size of the ad.  Assist the advertiser with questions about ad and payment submission.
  • Use gray box in E105 for hand delivery of ad/payment.  Digital design preferred.
  • Please follow up with the advertiser to ensure ad and payment are submitted.
  • Digital designs can be emailed to wlwmusicalADS@gmail.com.
  • Payment should be made payable to “WLW Musical” and can be sent to Shannon Roach c/o WLW Musical 600 Beck Rd Walled Lake, MI 48390.
  • Payment can also be sent to our Paypal account: wlwchoirpaypal@gmail.com or an invoice may be requested.

Personal Ads

  • Personal ads may be purchased by students or family members. They can include congratulations, pictures, etc.
  • Use gray box in E105 for hand delivery of ad/payment.  Digital design preferred.

All students are responsible for:

Displaying 3 posters in local businesses.

Securing at least 2 Business or Personal Ads.
